Backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data.

You must own or have rights to the content you host. We respect intellectual property and respond to notices under our DMCA Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations or non-payment. You may cancel at any time via your client area.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the last 3 months.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms by posting an updated version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
