Refund Policy
Learn when refunds apply, how to request them, and exclusions.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
Shared hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registration, renewals, and certain add-ons are non-refundable once processed.
2. Ineligible Services
Licenses, dedicated IPs, abuse-related suspensions, and services paid with cryptocurrency or promotional credits are not eligible for refunds.
3. Prorated Refunds
For eligible services beyond the guarantee window, refunds are generally not provided. We may offer account credit at our discretion.
4. How to Request
Open a billing ticket from your client area within the applicable window. Include your order number and reason for the request.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension. Please contact us first for resolution.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to provider timelines.
