How to submit a copyright infringement notice or counter-notice.

1. Notice Requirements

To file a DMCA notice, include the copyrighted work, the infringing material URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your signature. Send to dmca@hostalig.com.

2. Counter-Notice

If your content was mistakenly removed, provide a counter-notice with identification of the material, your contact details, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers as appropriate and remove or disable access to infringing content upon valid notice.

4. Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting false notices may result in liability. Ensure you have the right to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
